At the end of the day, my goal is to become more than an acquaintance to my clients and customers, but rather,  a trusted advisor and lasting friend.

My clients are individuals, families and entities that recognize real estate investing as a strategic part of their plans for that next phase of their lives, to help fund college education for children and/or grandchildren, for retirement, and to help build generational wealth. Their goals become my top priority.

Drawing on lessons learned from my careers in healthcare and information technology, I focus on understanding the needs, the pressures and the goals that drive each client. Then working as their team member, together we search for opportunities that promise maximum value at the lowest cost feasible, and with the least hassle.
